December W.O.P. - with some exercises to try!

December 26, 2019 Kelly Wanamaker

December’s W.O.P. (workout product) is an awesome compact product I use from being a Beachbody coach — exercise sliders! Other then these little guys allowing you to spice up your at home workouts, I think the best thing about them is how compact they are. You can really put them anywhere in your house!

For those that haven’t seen these before, they are simple. They are basically like coasters you put on the floor (wood or carpet) — place your hand or foot (depending on the exercise) on the sliders, and begin your exercise while using the slider to well slide along the ground. Here’s some examples of the workouts I like:

  • Leg curls - starting laying on your back with your hips in the air, place the sliders on each foot. Alternate sliding each leg slowly out and in — great for legs and glutes

  • Cross-body mountain climbers - instead of crunching your leg in like a regular mountain climber, place the slider under each foot and slide your knee in across to your opposite shoulder

  • Sliding pike - using the sliders under both feet, in plank position slide up to pike (slowly) — add a push-up to give your arms more of a workout too!

  • Plank jack - in plank, slide legs out and in (like a jumping jack on the floor)

  • Standing lateral lunges - standing going into a side lunge, slide the slider out and back (can do for curtsy lunges too)

  • Staggered push-ups - starting in a regular push-up, slide one of your hands so they are staggered and then push-up (switch)

I’m selling these exclusively to ensure you get the best deal thru my coaching discounts SO if you’re interested, click below and I’ll get in touch! Discounts will be offered of course :)
