Recently put together some nice ab exercises followed directly by a good stretch - a fun little combo that gets you feeling the burn and the immediately makes you release the tension and feel the stretch!
* Row out your V-Up 3-4 times
* Reverse plank to start feeling that abdominal stretch
* In a wide leg, stretch your opposite arm over to try and reach your opposite foot (repeat each side) and then fold forward
* Optional straight leg forward to feel your back stretch out
* In a tabletop position, crunch opposite elbow to opposite knee under your body 2-3 times each side
* After your crunches, extend your arm and leg out to opposite side and hold to feel the balance and your abs engaged
* Place your foot down on the side and with your core engaged lift your body up and stretch your arm over your leg to feel a nice side stretch (you can place your other hand on your back or down your leg)
* Repeat each sid
