An oldie but a goodie — I was definitely pregnant here and you can start to tell! This is a great flow I still practice when I want to work on different variations of spinal twists.
My back and side-body specifically was very tight during my pregnancy — and still is most days — so getting into these twists helped tremendously to help loosen me up and stretch everything out. Twisting in lunges, standing up, sitting & laying down — lots of variations to twist around in! There’s always modifications as well, so remember to listen to your body (a lot of days I rest my back knee down in lung twists).
The whole flow takes just under 20 minutes depending on how long you rest in your savasana (and take as much time as you need), so it’s great for that morning session, a mid-afternoon break, or a nice way to end your day. Hope you enjoy!
