In the Spring of 2019, I took a solo yoga retreat to Costa Rica - and it was sooo amazing. Just been reminiscing on some of those times lately - and thinking of those non-yoga memories. Although I went to explore that interest primarily, there was sooo much outside of yoga I took away!
