30 minute little yoga sequence that has helped me both strengthen and stretch my back & spine at the same time!
This very gently flow gets you engaging your whole core & backside to really strengthen all back related areas, and also has a lot of spinal twists and folds to get that nice stretch. Great to do in the morning to warm up your back for the day, or right before bed after your long day.
We put so much strain on our back and spine - hunching over computers, slouching, sitting in cars...lets give it some love!
